The PHS offers a 1000 sq ft media room with a 200" HD projection TV, several couches, a gas fireplace, cushioned dance floor (with lighting), 7.1 sound system and a custom made log pool table & chairs.

We like our coffee and maybe you do too. The PHS has 2 professional automatic coffee makers, 1 Gaggenau automatic coffee grinder and brewer (Joe). 1 Nespresso Vertuo. beans and pods provided.

1 large side by side combo in the kitchen.
1 wine refrigerator.
1 LG refrigerator/freezer with craft ice.
3 Salt Therapy Walls & Water Wall
Salt Walls provide excellent relaxation and positive ions to improve your mode. While the Water Wall provides calm and ambience.
Super Sized Decks
The Penthouse Sweet offers 2000 square feet of covered decks, 1 on each side of the loft. Deck 1 offers excellent views of Lake Tahoe, Mount Tallac and overlooks the Edgewood Golf Course. Deck 2 has a gas fireplace and provides views of Roundhill and Castle Rock.
2 Steam Showers, 2 Saunas, 2 Bidet Toilets & a Large Hot Tub
2 bathrooms have steam showers and we offer a wet sauna and a 4 person infrared sauna, plus 2 1 piece bidet toilets with remotes.
We also offer a Hot Springs large hot tub.
iPad Smart System
The sound system, TV's and Lights can be controlled via the provided PHS iPad.
8 Fireplaces and 2 Fire pits
Each room in the PHS has a fireplace (electric and gas) for a total of 8 fireplaces.
The decks feature 2 fire pits and 1 indoor/outdoor gas fireplace.
Mountain Decor
The PHS is a mixture of native rock, slate, logs, handmade wood mantels and large amounts of refurbished barn wood, including a handmade entryway barn door.
The bedrooms are modern rustic and all the trim is reclaimed cedar or barn wood.
Custom Woodwork
The PHS features all custom made woodwork including a handmade entryway barn door with railroad spike handles.
Most of the wood is reclaimed from various sources and features old nail holes, dents and various original cut lines.
2 Large Walk Closets
Two of the 3 bedrooms feature large walk in closets, with organizers and 1 is large enough to have its own makeup studio table.
Outside the Penthouse Sweet
Although the Penthouse Sweet is a beautiful place to spend your vacation, being outside is where Lake Tahoe really shines.

We know the most popular places to ride off road and can even facilitate rentals and off road trips.

We hate when guests come to Lake Tahoe and don't know where the best places to hike or bike are located.
We know all of the trails and can direct you to the best places to actually enjoy your outside adventures.
Covered Decks
The PHS has 2000 sq ft of covered decks with appropriate seating, 2 fire pits, a fireplace, BBQ grill, Pizza oven, a large hot tub and a 4 person sauna.
The beauty of covered decks is even when the snow falls you can still use the decks comfortably and the shade they provide in the summer is perfect.
Large Hot Tub & Sauna
The PHS has 2000 sq ft of covered decks with appropriate seating, 2 fire pits, a fireplace, large hot tub and a 4 person sauna.
E-bike and Slingshot Rentals
We can also facilitate the rentals of e-bikes, motorcycles and Slingshots and the convenience is unparalleled as the rental shop is right next door.
Nevada Beach / Roundhill Beach
The PHS is conveniently located a short bike ride or walk to Nevada Beach, one of the most popular beaches at the Lake.
Roundhill Beach is a short all trail bike ride away for their famous Pain Killers or a nice dinner on the beach.
Outdoor Fireplace
The PHS has an indoor outdoor fireplace on the East Deck with views of Castle Rock and a Ping Pong table.
